Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund. Reshipping may be arranged at the customer’s expense, subject to availability.
